The four recipes that write your newsletters from your catalogue — weekly bestsellers, new arrivals, the flash sale announcement and new arrivals in each shopper's category — with their schedule, the list they go to and what they show.

Four recipes that build an e-mail from your products by themselves. Three are broadcasts to a Push list on a schedule; the fourth goes to each shopper on their own. They all need the store connection, which brings the products and the orders: Connect your online store.

The list a broadcast goes to

Weekly bestsellers newsletter, New arrivals newsletter, Flash sale / seasonal broadcast and Sale ending — last chance ask for Marketing list to send to (Push list id). Open the list in Push → Email → Lists; the number at the end of its address (…/lists/12) is the id.

They go only to the list's subscribers who gave marketing consent — whatever the workspace's consent setting — and never to unsubscribed, bounced or blocked addresses: E-mail lists. Each send is a campaign in Push, with its own report: Campaign report.

Weekly bestsellers newsletter

  • Sends: every Monday at 09:00, Sofia time — your eight best-selling products of the last 30 days, counted from real orders.
  • No orders in the last 30 days means no bestsellers, and that week's newsletter is skipped.

New arrivals newsletter

  • Sends: every Thursday at 09:00, Sofia time — up to eight products added to your catalogue in the last 14 days.
  • Nothing new in 14 days, nothing sent that week.

Flash sale / seasonal broadcast

A one-click sale announcement: you write the headline, pick the date and the hour, and the e-mail is built around your six current bestsellers.

  • Settings: Marketing list to send to (Push list id), Headline (also the email subject) ("Flash sale — limited time"), Sub-headline (one line under the headline) ("Our best prices of the season, while stock lasts."), Send month (1-12), Send day of month (1-31), Send hour, 0-23 (Europe/Sofia) (10).
  • It repeats on the same date every year. Pause it after the sale if you do not want that.
  • The closing reminder is Sale ending — last chance: Price, stock and sale recipes.

New arrivals in your category

Each shopper gets the new products of the category they browse most, worked out from their own views.

  • Who: a shopper with an e-mail address who viewed products in the days you set — at most once in 30 days while they keep browsing.
  • Sends: up to eight products added in the last 21 days in their category, or your newest products overall when their category has nothing new. Nothing new in the whole shop, no e-mail.
  • Settings: Days of browsing history to consider (30, from 3 to 120).
  • It is a marketing e-mail like the behavioural recipes: consent applies only with Marketing consent for recipe emails switched on.

If something doesn't work

This recipe needs a value for: Marketing list to send to (Push list id).

Enter the list's number and launch again.

The newsletter went to very few people

Only subscribers with marketing consent get it. A list imported without consent, or synced from your shop, can have many members and few with consent: E-mail subscribers.

Nothing came on Monday

No orders in the last 30 days, so there were no bestsellers to show. The flow's run in Automation says so: Runs.
