What is Monfri?
Monfri is a unified business growth platform that combines CRM, Email/Push messaging, Customer Data Platform, and Workflow Automation. All four services share a single login, billing, and customer profile.
How much does Monfri cost?
Monfri starts at €99/month for the Starter plan, €249/month for Growth, and €499/month for Scale — all billed annually, ex. VAT. Monthly billing is €119 / €299 / €599 respectively. All plans include the full platform — no per-module fees. 14-day free trial included.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. You can start your 14-day free trial without a credit card. Payment is only required when you choose to continue after the trial.
Can I use only one service instead of all four?
Every plan includes all four services (CRM, Push, CDP, Automation). You can activate only the ones you need, but they are all bundled — no à-la-carte pricing.
Where is my data hosted?
All Monfri infrastructure runs on EU-based servers (Bulgaria) across a 9-node Docker Swarm cluster. GDPR-native by design with self-serve data export and erasure. No Standard Contractual Clauses needed for EU buyers.
