Five recipes around your products and your sales. Two work today; three are in the catalogue but do not send yet.

Wishlist reminder

Shoppers who saved something to a wishlist and did not come back to buy it.

  • Who: added something to a wishlist within the days you set, no order since, not reminded in the last 30 days.
  • Sends: one e-mail with what they saved. It does not go if they order first.
  • Settings: Days to look back for wishlist activity (14, from 3 to 120).
  • Needs: a wishlist button the Monfri script recognises — on WooCommerce the TI WooCommerce Wishlist and YITH plugins and most themes' buttons; on CloudCart the shop's own. Check that Product Added to Wishlist arrives in CDP: Events.

Sale ending — last chance

The closing reminder for a sale you are already running, sent to a Push list on the day and hour you pick. The e-mail is built around your current bestsellers.

  • Settings:
    • Marketing list to send to (Push list id) — required. Open the list in Push → Email → Lists: the number at the end of its address (…/lists/12) is the id.
    • Headline (also the email subject) — "Last chance — the sale ends tonight" by default; Sub-headline (one line under the headline) — "Everything goes back to full price at midnight."
    • Send month (1-12) and Send day of month (1-31) — required; Send hour, 0-23 (Europe/Sofia) — 18.
  • Only the list's subscribers who gave marketing consent get it: E-mail lists.
  • It repeats on the same date every year. Pause it after the sale if you do not want that.

Not sending yet

Recipe What it is for
Price drop digest Products a shopper wanted that got cheaper, in one e-mail.
Back in stock digest Products a shopper wanted that are available again.
Low stock urgency Shoppers interested in a product that is down to its last few.

They listen to signals that are not switched on in Monfri yet. You can launch them, but they send nothing. If you need one of them, write to [email protected].

If something doesn't work

This recipe needs a value for: Marketing list to send to (Push list id).

Enter the list's number — see Sale ending above — and launch again.

The sale e-mail went to fewer people than the list has

Only subscribers with marketing consent get it; unsubscribed, bounced and blocked addresses are skipped: E-mail subscribers.

The wishlist reminder reaches nobody

Product Added to Wishlist does not arrive from your site — your wishlist button is one the script does not recognise. A developer can send the event with the Monfri script: Install the Monfri script.
