Question 1

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Accepted Answer

You choose a plan, or the workspace becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, and sending, automations and agents pause until a plan is active. No charges without your consent.

Question 2

Can I change plans at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrade instantly or downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. No lock-in contracts.

Question 3

What counts as a Unified Profile?

Accepted Answer

One person across all services. If a contact exists in CRM, Push, and CDP, it counts as 1 profile — not 3.

Question 4

Do I need all 7 services?

Accepted Answer

No. Activate only what you need. All are included but you choose which to use.

Question 5

What if I exceed my limits?

Accepted Answer

The owner gets an e-mail at 80% and at 100% of a limit, and the service shows a notice. Nothing stops at the limit: campaigns, the chatbot's AI and agent runs pause only at 120% of the monthly allowance, until the next month or a larger plan. Transactional messages are never blocked by a quota. If you keep going over, move to a higher plan or write to sales@monfri.net.

Question 6

How does billing work?

Accepted Answer

Payments go through Stripe, which is the merchant of record: it takes the payment and issues the invoices, and handles the taxes.

Question 7

Can I migrate from other tools?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We help migrate contacts, templates, and workflows from HubSpot, Mailchimp, and others.

Question 8

Is there a free plan?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 14-day trial of Growth. After that, plans start at €99/mo billed annually (ex. VAT).
