Win-back recipes: lapsed customers, best customers, churn and cold contacts

The recipes for people who went quiet — win back dormant, win-back for best customers and churn save — and the feedback survey, with who they reach, how often, their settings and codes.

Three recipes for people who drifted away, and one that asks how you did. All of them are marketing e-mails: unsubscribes, consent and the frequency cap apply — Recipes.

Win back dormant

Customers who bought before and have not ordered for a while — except your loyal and VIP customers, who get Win-back — best customers instead.

  • Sends: one e-mail with a come-back discount, when the person crosses the days you set. Someone who orders and goes quiet again gets it again.
  • Settings: Days of inactivity (60, from 14 to 365), Discount % (10, from 5 to 50).
  • Code: COMEBACK10 with the default.

Win-back — best customers

Your loyal and VIP customers — as CDP ranks them from their orders — get a richer offer when they go quiet than everyone else does.

  • Sends: one e-mail, once in 180 days at most.
  • Settings: Days without an order (60, from 14 to 365), Top-tier win-back discount % (20, from 5 to 50).
  • Code: VIPBACK20 with the default.
  • When they come back within three days, Top customer won back thanks them: Loyalty recipes.

Churn save

Good customers who still browse your site but stopped buying. It asks whether something is wrong instead of discounting someone who has not left.

  • Who: a customer score of at least the minimum you set, no order for the days you set, and a product viewed in the last 14 days.
  • Sends: one e-mail without a discount, once in 120 days at most.
  • Settings: Minimum customer score (0-100) (40, from 10 to 100), Days without an order (45, from 14 to 365). The score comes from CDP: Profiles.

Feedback survey

A short "How did we do?" with a link to your own survey, a week after the order.

  • Sends: one e-mail the hours you set after every order — a customer who orders often gets it each time, unless the frequency cap holds it.
  • Settings: Hours after the order to ask (168, from 24 to 600), Survey link — required, up to 120 characters: a Google Form, Typeform or any page that collects the answers. Monfri does not store them.

If something doesn't work

This recipe needs a value for: Survey link.

Feedback survey cannot launch without your survey's address. Paste it and launch again.

The win-back reaches nobody

It needs customers who ordered before and then stopped for the days you set. A shop connected recently has its order history only from the import: Store sync.

The discount code does not work

Create it in your shop with the exact name and percentage: Recipe requirements.
