Abandoned cart recovery
For shoppers who put something in the cart and went quiet without ordering.
- Who: added to the cart within the window you set, then nothing for the quiet time you set; has an e-mail address or subscribed to your web push.
- Sends: a reminder with the cart's contents, a second one 24 hours later, and a final one 24 hours after that — with a discount, if you set one. A shopper without an e-mail address gets one web push instead, which opens your cart page.
- Settings: Quiet time before the reminder (minutes) (45, from 15 to 240), Cart-activity window (hours) (6, from 1 to 72), Final-reminder discount % (0 = a plain reminder, no code) (0, up to 50).
- Code: CART and the percentage, only with a discount.
Abandoned checkout recovery
For shoppers who started the checkout and did not finish — the strongest intent there is.
- Who: started the checkout within the window, then nothing for the quiet time; e-mail or web push.
- Sends: a reminder, then a final one 24 hours later — the discount, if any, only on the last. Web push for a shopper without an e-mail address.
- Settings: Quiet time before the reminder (minutes) (30, from 15 to 240), Checkout-activity window (hours) (6, from 1 to 72), Final-reminder discount % (0, up to 50).
- Code: CHECKOUT and the percentage, only with a discount.
Product abandonment
A shopper looked at one product and left without adding it to the cart.
- Sends: one e-mail showing that product again. A shopper without an e-mail address gets one web push with the product's name, which opens the product page.
- Settings: Quiet time before the reminder (minutes) (120, from 30 to 480), Product-view window (hours) (6, from 2 to 48).
Category & search abandonment
Shoppers who browsed a category or ran a search and left without opening any product — usually they did not find what they came for.
- Sends: one e-mail with your best-selling products.
- Settings: Browsing window (hours) (6, from 2 to 48).
Browse abandonment nudge
Shoppers who looked at two or more products in a day and started no cart.
- Sends: one e-mail with what they looked at.
- Settings: none.
High-intent nudge
Shoppers researching hard — three or more product views in the window, nothing in the cart.
- Sends: one e-mail with the products they looked at, offering help rather than a discount.
- Settings: Minimum customer score (0-100) (25), Research window (hours) (24, from 2 to 72). The customer score comes from CDP: Profiles.
Which ones to run together
Cart and checkout are made to run together. Product, category and browse abandonment and high intent cover overlapping shoppers — set the frequency cap in the workspace settings so one person does not get several of them at once: Recipes.
If something doesn't work
Few shoppers get the cart reminder

The cart link opens a missing page
The link is your shop's own cart page, read from your site. A WooCommerce shop whose cart page was renamed after the recipe was launched needs Save & re-activate.
