Nine recipes for people who already ordered. They need the store connection, and several use what CDP works out from the order history — the repeat rhythm, the customer's level — which takes a few weeks of orders: E-commerce customers.

First → second purchase

Turns one-time buyers into repeat customers.

  • Who: one order in the last year, none in the days you set.
  • Sends: one nudge.
  • Settings: Days after first order to nudge (21, from 7 to 90).

Replenishment reminder

For customers who reorder on a rhythm — only for people who have actually shown one.

  • Sends: a nudge when the next order is due, with what they bought from you in the last six months — once in 60 days at most.
  • Settings: Days after the predicted reorder date to wait (0, up to 90).

Replenishment lapse

The follow-up for customers who got the reorder reminder and still did not come back — their past purchases again, with a discount.

  • Settings: Days past the predicted reorder date before the discount (14, from 3 to 180), Reorder discount % (10, from 5 to 50).
  • Code: REORDER10 with the default.

Purchase anniversary

Marks the day a customer first bought from you, every year, with a thank-you and a small gift.

  • Settings: Anniversary gift discount % (15, from 5 to 50).
  • Code: THANKS15 with the default.

Big-spender thank-you

When an order is unusually large, a real thank-you instead of only a receipt. No discount — they paid full price.

  • Settings: Order value that counts as big (250, in your shop's currency).

VIP customers reward

Thanks your most loyal customers — three or more orders in a year — with an exclusive perk, once in six months at most.

  • Settings: VIP reward discount % (15, from 5 to 50).
  • Code: VIP15 with the default.

Top customer won back

A thank-you when a top customer you chased with Win-back — best customers comes back within three days. No offer — they just bought. Runs with that recipe: Win-back recipes.

Birthday gift

A small gift in the days before a customer's birthday, once a year.

  • Settings: Days before the birthday to send (3, up to 30), Birthday gift discount % (15, from 5 to 50).
  • Code: BDAY15 with the default.
  • Needs: a birthday on the person. The store connections do not bring it; until a developer sends it with the Monfri script, the recipe matches nobody.

Refer a friend

Asks happy customers — two or more orders in a year, one recently — to pass a discount code to someone they know. The code is shared, not personal, so rewarding the person who referred is up to you.

  • Settings: Ask within this many days of their last order (30, from 3 to 180), Discount % for the friend (10, from 5 to 50).
  • Code: FRIEND10 with the default.

If something doesn't work

Replenishment or VIP recipes reach nobody

There is not enough order history yet for CDP to see a rhythm or a level. They start matching as orders accumulate.

The discount code does not work

Create it in your shop with the exact name and percentage: Recipe requirements.
