Open a campaign in Push → Email → Campaigns to see how it did. The numbers fill in as the e-mails go out and people open them.

Campaign Details

The status, when it was sent (Sent at:), the Subject, Preview Text, Template, Sender, Email List and List Size.

When fewer people got the campaign than the list holds, a box says why: … list members were not emailed. — … have no marketing-consent record., … unsubscribed or hard-bounced., … are not active on the list., … have an address that cannot receive e-mail …, … have a risky address …. This campaign reached nobody. means everyone was left out.

Delivery Statistics

Number Means
Sent E-mails handed to the receiving servers.
Delivered Accepted by them — with the share of sent.
Opened Opens, with the open rate of delivered.
Clicked Clicks, with the click rate of delivered.
Bounced Refused by the receiving server — with the share of sent.
Complained Marked as spam.
Unsubscribed Unsubscribed through this e-mail — from all your marketing e-mail.

Verified versus raw

Apple Mail Privacy Protection and Google's image proxy open every e-mail on delivery, and Microsoft's link scanners click the links — none of that is a person. Engagement Quality shows Raw opens next to Verified opens and Raw clicks next to Verified clicks; Show verified only switches the page to the verified numbers. Use the verified ones to compare campaigns.

Where people clicked and who they are

  • Click Map — the links in the e-mail with Total Clicks and Unique Clicks.
  • Domain Breakdown — per receiving domain (gmail.com, abv.bg…): delivered, bounced, opened and complained. A high bounce on one domain points at that provider.
  • Delivery Problems — every bounce, delay and complaint with the receiving server's own words, per recipient.
  • Device Mix and Email Client — what people opened it on (verified opens).
  • Top Countries — verified opens by country.
  • Delivery Over Time — the first hours and days of the campaign on a chart.

Orders and revenue

Conversions & Revenue shows the orders that followed a click in the e-mail: Verified clicks, Reached storefront, Attributed orders, Attributed revenue and the Conversion rate (orders per click), with the latest orders. A click is remembered for 90 days, so an order placed days later still counts. It needs the Monfri script on your store: Install the Monfri script on your site.

When Subscribers Open

The verified opens by day of week and hour, in your time — darker cells mean more opens. Use it to pick the time of the next campaign: Scheduling.

Recipients

Recipients at the top of a sent campaign lists everyone who opened or clicked: Opens, Clicks, First open, Last open, Device, Email client and Country. Filter by device, country, client, or Clicked at least once / Opened but never clicked; sort by a column; Export CSV downloads the list.

If something doesn't work

Opens look too high

Part of them are made by Apple and Google on delivery. Look at Verified opens.

No recipient activity yet

Nobody has opened yet, or only privacy proxies have. Campaigns sent before 27 April 2026 can show no rows here, because the details were collected only from then on.

Conversions & Revenue does not appear

No order followed a click yet, or the Monfri script is not on the store, so the visit after the click is not seen.
