Terms of Service

Last updated: September 9, 2026 · Version 2026-09-09 · English is the binding version.

1. Who we are and what this is

The Monfri platform at monfri.net (the "Service") is operated by EmailPoint Group EOOD („ИМЕЙЛПОЙНТ ГРУП" ЕООД), a company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria, UIC (ЕИК) 207188514, VAT No. BG207188514, registered seat 81V Bulgaria Blvd., Sofia, Bulgaria ("Monfri", "we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

These Terms govern your use of the Service. By creating an account you accept them. We record the date and the version of the Terms you accepted.

2. Business use only

The Service is offered to businesses, sole traders and other professionals acting in the course of their trade. It is not offered to consumers. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are acting for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession, and that you have authority to bind the organisation you register.

3. What the Service includes

Monfri is a unified business platform. Depending on your plan, it includes:

  • CRM — contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, invoicing, shared inbox
  • Push — email, web push, mobile push and SMS campaigns
  • CDP — visitor tracking, unified profiles, segmentation, analytics, recommendations
  • Automation — visual workflow builder with connectors
  • Pages — documents, databases and published sites
  • Assistant — customer-facing chat assistant

Each service can be activated independently within your workspace. We may add, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a material feature you rely on, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and, if you cancel for that reason, refund the unused part of your prepaid term.

4. Accounts

You need a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Each account belongs to a workspace. You may invite team members with roles (owner, admin, member, viewer). The workspace owner is responsible for what members do.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • break any applicable law, including data-protection and anti-spam law
  • send unsolicited commercial messages, or send to addresses obtained without a lawful basis
  • upload or transmit malicious code
  • attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Service or another customer's data
  • interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service, including by circumventing plan limits
  • resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

You are responsible for the lawfulness of the personal data you upload and for having a valid basis to contact the people you reach through the Service.

6. Plans, limits and fair use

Plans and prices are published at monfri.net/pricing. Prices are in EUR and exclusive of VAT. New workspaces start with a 14-day trial; there is no free plan.

Each plan carries limits (for example unified profiles, emails per month, automation runs, AI credits). We enforce them technically. If you exceed a limit we may throttle or pause the affected feature after notifying the workspace owner. Transactional messages are never blocked by a quota. We may agree individual limits or overrides in writing.

7. Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe, acting as merchant of record. Stripe is the seller for the purposes of the payment transaction: it calculates, collects and remits VAT, issues the invoice and receipt to you, and handles payment disputes and transaction-level support. Monfri remains responsible for the Service itself. Invoices and receipts are issued and sent by Stripe, not from a Monfri address.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or annual, as chosen — until cancelled. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then.

Prices may be shown and charged in your local currency; the EUR amount on our pricing page is the reference amount. We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions continue at their current rate until the next renewal.

If a renewal payment fails, you keep full access for a 14-day grace period. After that the workspace becomes read-only until payment succeeds. Nothing is deleted for non-payment.

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy, once published, forms part of these Terms. Until then, write to [email protected] about any refund question.

8. Your data

You keep all rights to the data you submit ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership. You grant us a limited licence to process Your Data solely to provide the Service.

For personal data within Your Data, you are the controller and we are the processor. Our processing is described in the Privacy Policy; a written Data Processing Agreement and a maintained list of sub-processors are being finalised and will be published on this site. Until then, request them at [email protected].

What happens when your subscription ends. The workspace becomes read-only: you can read and export Your Data, but not write or send. We keep Your Data in that state until you ask us to delete it. You may request deletion at any time at [email protected] and we will act within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You may export Your Data at any time while your account is active.

9. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance. We are not liable for downtime or data loss caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

10. Intellectual property

The Service — its design, features, code and documentation — is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer it. Feedback you give us may be used without restriction or compensation.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability under these Terms in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Because you are a business customer, we exclude implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. Except where the breach is serious or unlawful, we will give you notice and a reasonable chance to fix it. You may close your account at any time from account settings.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that constitutes acceptance. We keep a record of the version you accepted.

14. Governing law

Bulgarian law governs these Terms. Disputes go to the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
