Go-live checklist
Everything to set before real customers meet your Monfri setup — workspace, data, consent, sending, recipes, team and plan.
Go through this list once before real customers see e-mails, notifications or a chatbot from you. Each line links to the article with the details.
Your workspace
- Name — it is the sender name of your e-mails.
- Timezone — recipe quiet hours run in it; while it is UTC, they run in UTC.
- Postal address for e-mails — shown at the bottom of marketing e-mails; US law (CAN-SPAM) requires one.
- Recipe e-mail rules — quiet hours, how often one person may get a recipe e-mail, and whether recipes need marketing consent.
All of these are in Workspace settings. Your brand — name, logo, colours — is in the setup guide, step Your domain.
Your website and data
- The Monfri script is on every page of the live site, or your store is connected, and events arrive: Install the Monfri script, Connect your online store.
- The consent mode matches how your site asks visitors: Consent and cookies.
Sending
- Your own domain is verified — SPF, DKIM and DMARC are green: Send e-mail from your own domain.
- If you are moving from another tool, the addresses that unsubscribed or bounced there are imported, so Monfri never mails them (setup guide, step Sending).
- Web push (optional): the notification file is on your site and the prompt is set: Web push.
Recipes and the chatbot
- The recipes you want are on, with their settings checked — and you have looked at what each one sends: Recipes: ready-made automations.
- Assistant (optional): its knowledge is synced and you have tested it through the preview link before switching it on for visitors: Your first chatbot.
Your team
Everyone who works in Monfri has their own login and only the access they need: Invite your team.
Your plan
Choose a plan before the trial ends, so that sending, automations and agents do not pause: Choose a plan.
