Monfri in five minutes
The seven services, the Hub, workspaces and how they work together — and where to start.
Monfri is a platform of seven services for growing a business. They share one login, one workspace and one bill, so the data one service collects is there for the others to use.
The seven services
- CDP — your website and online store: visitors, customer profiles, segments, analytics and product recommendations.
- Push — e-mail, web push and SMS: campaigns, templates, transactional messages and the tools that keep your e-mails out of spam.
- Automation — ready-made recipes (an abandoned-cart e-mail, a welcome series) and your own flows that react to what customers do.
- CRM — contacts and companies, leads, deals, activities, invoicing, projects and a shared inbox.
- Assistant — a chatbot for your website that answers from your own content and, for a store, finds orders and products.
- Pages — documents, databases and published sites that your team writes together.
- Agents — AI agents for sales and marketing work. An agent proposes; a person approves before anything is written.
Every plan includes all seven services.
The Hub
The Hub is monfri.net after you sign in. It is where you manage your workspace, your team, your plan and your invoices, and where you open each service. You sign in once and every service opens already signed in — there are no separate passwords.
The menu on the left has Overview (the dashboard), your services, Settings, Members, Plan & usage and Invoices. Owners and admins also see Get started (the setup guide), Manage services and Audit log.
Workspaces
A workspace holds one website or brand: its data, its team and its services. Your first website goes into your first workspace. A second website gets a workspace of its own, and Monfri switches you to it.
All the workspaces of an account share one plan, and the plan sets how many websites it covers. You move between workspaces with the switcher at the top of the Hub. See Workspaces: one per website.
How the services work together
Take an online store:
- CDP sees a visitor put a product in the cart and leave.
- A recipe in Automation notices it and, an hour later, sends a reminder through Push.
- The customer comes back and asks the Assistant about delivery times.
- A business customer who orders in bulk lives in the CRM, with their deals and invoices.
Nothing has to be copied between the services: they read the same customers.
Where to start
- Create your account — your free 14-day trial starts at once.
- Follow the setup guide: your website or store, sending, and a first recipe.
- Go through the go-live checklist before real customers see anything.
