Owners and admins open the settings from the menu on the left: Settings. What you set here applies to the whole workspace — every service and every member.

Details

  • Name — the workspace's name, and the sender name your customers see on your e-mails.
  • Website, Industry, Company Size, Country — about your business.
  • Timezone — the clock your recipe quiet hours follow. While it is UTC, quiet hours run in UTC, which is three hours off Sofia time in summer; set it to yours.

E-mails from recipes

These rules apply to the e-mails your recipes send — not to campaigns you send yourself. Each change applies to a recipe after its next re-activation.

  • Email language — English or Bulgarian, the language of recipe and transactional e-mails: welcome, abandoned cart, receipts.
  • Quiet hours for recipe emails — tick Hold recipe emails during quiet hours and set the window. Abandoned-cart and nurture e-mails that fall inside it wait until it ends.
  • Maximum one recipe email every … hours per contact — stops several recipes reaching the same person at once. 0 means no limit. Order receipts, shipping notices and signup discounts are never held back — only marketing and nurture e-mails.
  • Marketing consent for recipe emails — tick Only send recipe emails to contacts who gave marketing consent. It is off by default: newsletters already need consent, while the behavioural recipes — cart recovery, win-back, browse nudges — reach every contact with an address. Turning it on is a real audience decision; on a typical store it cuts the list you can reach by well over 90 %. Receipts and shipping notices are never affected.

Postal address for e-mails

Shown at the bottom of your recipe and campaign e-mails, after your name. US law (CAN-SPAM) requires a postal address in every marketing e-mail, and it tells every reader who is writing. Until you set one, your billing address is used — or, without one, the e-mails go out without it.
