Choose a plan: Starter, Growth or Scale
What each plan includes, monthly or yearly billing, which plan fits which business, and how to pick one in Monfri.
Every plan includes all seven services — CDP, Push, Automation, Assistant, CRM, Pages and Agents. The plans differ in how much each service can do.
The three plans
Prices are per month, in euros, without VAT.

Monthly or yearly
On the Plans page, switch between Monthly and Yearly. Yearly is about 17 % cheaper — Save 17% — and is paid once a year. Monthly is paid every month and can be cancelled for the end of any month.
Which plan fits
- Starter — one website or shop, a small team, your first few thousand customers and newsletters.
- Growth — a shop or a media site that sends every week, up to three websites, a team of up to ten. The free trial runs on Growth, so it is what you have tried.
- Scale — high volume: hundreds of thousands of profiles, a million e-mails a month, up to ten websites.

Choose your plan
- In the menu, open Plan & usage and click Activate a plan — or Choose a Plan or Change Plan, depending on where you are.
- On Plans, choose Monthly or Yearly.
- Click Activate on the plan you want. If you picked a plan on our website before you signed up, it is marked Your pick.
- Pay on Stripe's page: Pay for your plan.
Online payments are being activated. Until then the buttons on Plans are greyed out and say so: Online payments are being activated. To change your plan now, write to [email protected]. Write to us and we set up your plan.
Only an owner of the workspace can pay. Admins can open Plan & usage and see the plan, the usage and the invoices.
One plan for all your websites
The plan belongs to your first workspace and covers your other websites — up to 1, 3 or 10, depending on the plan. In any other workspace, Plan & usage says Billing for this workspace is managed in … with a button to switch there. See Workspaces: one per website.

The Activate buttons are greyed out

You are in a workspace that shares the plan of another. Click Switch to … and choose the plan there.
Insufficient permissions.
Only an owner can pay or change the plan. Ask an owner of the workspace.
