Your first week, day by day

The trial gives you 14 days. This plan uses the first seven to get from a new account to a workspace that works for real customers.

Day 1: set up and see real data

• Follow the setup guide to the end: platform, domain, data, sending, first recipe.
• Check that your first visits arrive: the setup guide shows Your first visitor, live, and the dashboard's Today tab shows live activity.
• Add the DNS records for your own sending domain — they can take a few hours, so start them today: Send e-mail from your own domain.

Day 2: settings that protect you

• Set your timezone, your recipe quiet hours and the postal address for e-mails: Workspace settings.
• Decide how your site asks for consent and match it in Monfri: Consent and cookies.
• Moving from another tool? Import the addresses that unsubscribed or bounced there (setup guide, step Sending).

Day 3: switch on what earns money

• Look at the recipes and switch on the ones that fit — for a store, start with the abandoned cart: Recipes: ready-made automations.
• Open each one first and see exactly what it will send.

Days 4–5: your team and your customers

• Invite the people who will work in Monfri and give each only the access they need: Invite your team.
• Import your existing contacts if you have not yet (setup guide, step Your data).
• Remove the sample data once your own data is in: Sample data.

Days 6–7: the chatbot, and your plan

• Build your first chatbot and test it through the preview link before visitors see it: Your first chatbot.
• Look at Plan & usage to see what you use, and choose a plan before day 14: Choose a plan.
