Customers from your store
Your store's customers in CDP — search them, see their orders, spend and marketing consent, and open the customer profile behind each one.
Commerce → Customers lists the customers your store knows — the accounts registered in the store and the buyers of its orders.

The customer and the profile
A store customer is a record in your store. A profile is what CDP knows about a person: their visits, the products they looked at, their carts, their orders, their consent. When CDP links the two, the profile gets the customer's orders and the customer gets everything the person did on your site. See Customer profiles and How Monfri recognises a visitor.
Every customer with an e-mail address gets a profile, even one who never visited your site. After each sync Monfri links up to 500 more, so a newly connected big store takes a few rounds. A customer without an e-mail in the store gets no profile. Commerce → Connections → Identity coverage shows how many are linked.
Marketing consent
The Email and Newsletter marks come from your store. They are what the store recorded; Monfri does not change them. Whether a recipe or a campaign may write to a person also depends on the consent in their profile and on your settings — see Consent and cookies on your site.
If something doesn't work
A customer has no CDP profile
The customer has no e-mail address in the store, or was synced within the last hour — the link comes with one of the next syncs.
The total spent looks wrong
It counts the orders the store gave us. Open the customer's profile through Linked to see their orders one by one, and check Data health in Commerce → Connections.
