Analytics and reports in Push
The Push dashboard, web push analytics — delivery, clicks, devices, subscriber growth, top campaigns — the e-mail and push reports, the contacts list and the audit log.
Each campaign has its own report. These pages show Push as a whole.
Dashboard
The first page of Push: Your Plan; Apps, Active Subscribers and Notifications This Month against your plan's limits (Resets at the start of each month); Channels — Total Contacts, Push Subscribers and Email Subscribers; and Recent Campaigns — the last five, e-mail and push.
A new workspace has sample records; Remove sample data clears them: Sample data.
Analytics — web push
Analytics shows web push over 7d, 30d or 90d:
- Total Delivered, Total Clicked, Click-Through Rate and Delivery Rate;
- Engagement Over Time — delivered, clicked and failed per day;
- Device Breakdown — the platforms of your subscribers;
- Subscriber Growth — new subscriptions and unsubscriptions per day;
- Top Campaigns — the best campaigns by click-through rate.
Reports
Reports shows the last 30 days across channels, with a card for Push and one for Email; View detailed report → opens each.
- Email Reports — campaign e-mail: Deliverability, Open Rate, Click Rate, Bounce Rate, Complaint Rate, a line for transactional e-mail, Email Engagement Over Time and the Domain Breakdown of the top 10 receiving domains.
- Push Notification Reports — Delivered, Failed, Clicked, Delivery Rate and Push Engagement Over Time.
For one campaign: The e-mail campaign report.
Contacts
Contacts joins the channels: a person with a push subscription, an e-mail address or both is one contact, with Channels showing which. Contacts are made automatically when a subscriber is linked across channels; search by name, e-mail or phone.
Audit Log
Audit Log records who created, changed or deleted what in Push — lists, campaigns, templates, senders — and when. For the workspace and the team: The audit log.

The numbers differ from a campaign's report
Reports and analytics count the whole period across all campaigns; a campaign's report counts that campaign from its first e-mail. Opens include privacy proxies unless a page says verified.
