Domains: the state of your sending domains
Reading the list of sending domains, a domain's page with its records and senders, the Monfri domain every workspace has, and removing a domain.
Push → Email → Domains lists the domains you send e-mail from. How to add one and its DNS records: Send e-mail from your own domain.
The list

A domain ending in monfrimail.com is Monfri's: every workspace has one, and it carries the sender you start with. Leave it in place.
A domain's page
- Verification Status — the five checks: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Return Path and Tracking, with Last verified and, while the domain is not verified, when Monfri checks next on its own.
- DNS Records — every record with its type, Host / Name and Value, each with Copy, and whether it is Verified or Pending. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are * Required; Return Path and Tracking are Optional. A record that failed shows the reason under it.
- Sender Identities — the senders on this domain, which of them is the Default and which are still Awaiting confirmation.
At the top: Verify DNS checks now; Auto-check (every 60s) keeps checking while the page is open, until you click Stop auto-check.
Delete a domain
Click Delete and confirm Delete this domain and all its DNS records? This cannot be undone. Monfri forgets the domain and its records; your DNS provider keeps them until you remove them there. Senders on the domain stop working. Only a Push admin can delete a domain.
If something doesn't work
The domain stays pending
The page lists what is missing. See Send e-mail from your own domain — usually a second SPF record or a typo in a value.
Only an admin of Push can do this. Ask a workspace admin in Monfri.
You tried to delete a domain as an Editor. Ask a workspace admin.
Sending domain is suspended. Contact support.
Monfri stopped sending from this domain. Write to [email protected].
