Reports: the seven reports, CSV and e-mailing them on a schedule

Reports gathers the funnel, won and lost deals, pipeline analytics, revenue by month, receivables, logged time and the activity report. Each shows the records you can see, downloads as CSV and can be e-mailed every morning, week or month.

Reports gathers every report of CRM. Each one shows the records you can see — your own and the ones shared with you, or the whole workspace for a manager — and downloads as CSV.

The reports

Report What it answers
Funnel by stage The open deals on each stage now, and how far the deals created in the period got: Deals created, Won, Lost, Still open, and per stage Reached and Lost here.
Won and lost The deals won and lost in the period, why they were lost, and each person's win rate. See Won and lost.
Pipeline analytics Each pipeline: conversion between stages, how fast deals move, the revenue forecast. See Pipelines.
Revenue by month Invoiced, credit and debit notes, revenue net of VAT and the money collected, per month: Revenue, net, Invoiced, net, Collected, VAT invoiced.
Receivables What customers owe today, how long it is overdue and who owes the most. See Receivables.
Logged time Hours by project and person — Hours logged, Billable, Not yet invoiced and Billable value. See Time tracking.
Activity report Meetings, calls and tasks done by week, type and person, and what is overdue. See The activity report.

A report you lack the rights for is not listed: the deal reports need access to deals, the invoice reports access to invoices, Logged time access to tasks.

Most reports have a period — the last 30 or 90 days, 6 months or a year; revenue by 6, 12 or 24 months. Receivables is always as of today.

CSV

Every report has a CSV link: the same table, with the same records you see.

E-mail a report on a schedule

  1. In E-mail a report on a schedule pick the Report.
  2. When — Every morning, Every Monday or On the 1st of the month, at 07:00 in your workspace's time zone.
  3. Covering — the period the e-mail covers.
  4. Recipients — a manager picks members of the workspace; everyone else schedules reports for themselves.
  5. Click Schedule.

The e-mail's subject is the report and the period, with the full table attached as CSV. Each recipient gets their own view: what they can see in CRM, not what the person who scheduled it sees.

Scheduled e-mails lists them with the next and last sending: Pause, Resume and Delete. Scheduling needs the CRM Editor or Admin role.

If something doesn't work

No report is available to you.

Your role has no access to deals, invoices or tasks. Ask a manager.

Recipients must be members of this workspace.

A recipient left the workspace. Remove them from the schedule.

You do not have access to this report.

The report needs access you do not have — for example invoices.

A number differs from my colleague's

Each person sees the records they can see. A manager sees the whole workspace.
