The report shows what got done — the calls made, the meetings held, the tasks closed — and what is slipping.

Open Activities → Report.

Choose the period and the person

  • The period: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 6 months or Last year. The page says which dates it counts.
  • A manager picks in Whose report: their own, Everyone, or a colleague. Everyone else sees their own.

The numbers

Card What it counts
Completed Activities marked done in the period.
Overdue now Open activities past their date, as of now.
Open deals, nothing planned Open deals with no next activity scheduled.
Average delay How late activities with a due date were done, on average — and the share done on time.

The sections

  • Completed by week and type — how the work spreads over the weeks.
  • Outcomes — how the calls and meetings went: connected, no answer, held, no-show…
  • Completed by person — who did how much, in a team report.
  • By person and type — per person, the done activities of each type, the Total and what is Overdue now.

Export

Export CSV downloads the By person and type table for the same period and person, as activities-<from>-<to>.csv.

If something doesn't work

Nothing was marked done in this period, and nothing is overdue.

There is nothing to count. Pick a longer period, or Everyone.

No outcomes recorded in this period.

The calls and meetings were marked done without an outcome. Outcomes are asked for when an activity is marked done: Activity types.

Counted the first 20,000 completed activities of the period.

The period has more done activities than the report counts. Pick a shorter period or one person.
