The dashboard: your day in one list

What the CRM dashboard shows — today's activities and tasks, what is overdue, invoices past due, deals gone quiet, the next seven days — and the Get started steps of a new workspace.

The dashboard is the first page of CRM: what you have to do today, what is late and what needs a next step. Everything on it is your own — your activities, the project tasks given to you, and the invoices and deals you own.

The top of the page

  • A greeting and three numbers: Today, Overdue and Unread — the e-mails waiting in your connected mailbox.
  • Create opens a menu: Activity, Deal, Contact, Lead or Invoice. You see the ones your role allows.

Days follow the workspace's time zone.

Today

Your activities due today, by hour, and your project tasks due today. Tick the circle to mark one done — a call or a meeting asks how it went first: Activities.

Overdue

  • Your activities and project tasks past their date.
  • Invoices past due — your invoices past their due date that still ask for money, with what is owed and for how many days. Send reminder e-mails the customer a reminder for that invoice.
  • Deals gone quiet — your open deals with nothing planned and nothing done for as long as their pipeline allows, 14 days unless a manager set another number. Plan schedules the next activity on the deal.

How long a deal may stay quiet is set per pipeline, in Deals go quiet after (days): Pipelines and stages.

A calm day

When nothing is due today, the dashboard also shows:

  • Up next — what you have planned for the next seven days;
  • Deals with no next step — your open deals with nothing planned that have not gone quiet yet.

Get started

A manager of a new workspace sees Get started, five steps with how many are done:

  1. Add your company details for invoices — name, ЕИК and address. No invoice is issued without them.
  2. Connect your mailbox — send from CRM and see the replies on the contact.
  3. Import your contacts — from a CSV file: Import contacts from a CSV file. The example contacts do not count.
  4. Create your first deal: Deals.
  5. Invite your team — in Monfri, giving each person access to CRM: Service access.

The card goes away when all five are done.

If something doesn't work

The reminder could not be sent.

The reminder did not go out. When CRM knows why, it says so instead — for example A proforma does not get payment reminders. Fix what the message names and press Send reminder again.

My dashboard is empty, but there is work in CRM

The dashboard shows only what is yours. A colleague's activities and deals are not on it; a manager sees them in Activities under Everyone and in the deals lists.

A deal I worked on is under Deals gone quiet

The deal has no next activity planned. Plan one with Plan, or mark the deal won or lost: Won and lost deals.
