These pages are in Settings, for managers (the CRM Admin role).

Users

Settings → Users shows who is in the workspace: their CRM role, whether they are active, and when they last signed in. Search by name or e-mail and filter by role and status.

The list is read-only: members, invitations and roles are managed in Monfri Hub — Manage members in Monfri Hub. See Invite your team and What each person can open. A role changed in Hub applies the next time the person opens CRM.

Tags

Tags label contacts, companies, deals and other records — VIP, Partner, Hot.

  • Create Tag: a Tag Name and a colour — one of the Preset Colors or a Custom Color — and a description.
  • Edit a tag to rename it or change its colour; the records keep it.
  • Delete removes the tag from every record. It cannot be undone.

Anyone who edits a record adds and removes its tags; this page keeps the list tidy.

Activity logs

Settings → Activity logs answers who changed what, and when: every created, changed and deleted record, with the person and the time.

Filter by User, Model Type (contact, deal, invoice…), Event Type, From Date and To Date, or search the description. Apply Filters, Clear Filters.

Trash

Deleted records go to the trash first. Settings → Trash shows each type with how many are in it and how long they are kept:

Kept for Types
30 days contacts, companies, tasks, activities
60 days leads, deals, projects, time entries
90 days products and product categories
not purged invoices, recurring invoices, credit and debit notes

Every day the records past their time are deleted for good.

  • Restore all brings back all the deleted records of a type.
  • Empty deletes a type's records for good, after you confirm.
  • Empty all trash deletes everything for good — type EMPTY TRASH to confirm.

If something doesn't work

User invitations are now managed in Monfri.

Invite people in Monfri Hub — see Invitations.

I deleted one record and want only it back

Restore all brings back every deleted record of that type. Delete again the ones you do not want.
