My settings: your notifications, mailbox and calendar

Your own settings in CRM — which notifications also come by e-mail, the mailboxes you read and send from, and the Google or Outlook calendar your activities sync with, with how your calendar looks.

My settings is in your user menu, at the top right. It has three tabs, and what you set there is only yours: Notifications, Mailbox and Calendar.

Notifications

Everything always appears under the bell in CRM. Choose what also comes by e-mail:

Notification When
Activity reminders A reminder you set on an activity is due. On by default.
Task assigned to me Someone assigns you a task.
Deal or lead assigned to me You become the owner of a deal or a lead.
Due dates Your task is due tomorrow or overdue; your deal closes in 3 days or its close date has passed.
Client replies A contact you own replies to an e-mail.
Invoices Your invoice is paid or becomes overdue.
Deal progress Your deal moves to another stage or is won.
Morning plan for the day Once each morning: today's activities, what is overdue and the tasks due today.

Click Save Changes.

You are told only about records you can see, and never about what you did yourself.

Mailbox

The mailboxes you read and send from in CRM. See Your mailbox.

Calendar

Connect your calendar

Connected calendar: your meetings, calls and to-dos appear in the calendar you connect, and its events appear in CRM. The sync runs every 15 minutes; Sync now runs it at once.

  1. Next to Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, click Connect.
  2. Sign in with that account and allow access.

A connected calendar shows Details, Sync now and Disconnect.

If a provider says Not set up for this workspace yet., a manager must first enter your workspace's app in Settings → Workspace → Integrations — see Workspace settings.

When you invite people to a meeting, the invitation comes from your connected calendar; without one, CRM e-mails them an invitation file (.ics). Never both.

How your calendar looks

Opens on (the view), Week starts on and Working hours from — the hours shaded in the calendar. Click Save. See The calendar.

If something doesn't work

Not set up for this workspace yet.

Your workspace has no Google or Outlook app yet. Ask a manager.

Google Calendar is not set up for this workspace yet. An admin sets it up in Settings → Integrations.

The same — the app is missing. A manager adds it in Settings → Workspace → Integrations.

My meeting does not appear in Google or Outlook

The sync runs every 15 minutes. Click Sync now.

I get too many e-mails

Turn off the notifications you do not need. They stay under the bell.
