The activities calendar
See your activities by day, week or month, create one by selecting a time, move it by dragging, change its length, and — as a manager — see a colleague's or the team's calendar.
The calendar shows your activities in time: what is booked this week, where there is room for a meeting, and what moved.
Open Activities → Calendar.
Views
Day, Week and Month are at the top right; Today and the arrows move through time. On a phone the calendar opens on the day.
The calendar uses the workspace's time zone: 10:00 is 10:00 in the workspace's time, wherever you are. Activities without a time sit at the top of their day.
Your own preferences — the view it opens on, whether the week starts on Monday or Sunday, and your working hours, which are shaded — are in My settings → Calendar.
Create an activity
Click or drag across an empty time in Day or Week, or click a day in Month. The new activity opens with that time — and the length you dragged, if longer than half an hour: Activities.
Move or resize
- Drag an activity to another time or day to reschedule it.
- Drag its bottom edge to change how long it lasts.
The calendar says Rescheduled or Duration changed. Participants get the updated invitation.
Only open activities you may change can be moved. Click an activity to see it, edit it or mark it done.
A colleague's or the team's calendar
A manager picks in Whose calendar: My calendar, Everyone or a colleague. A new activity created on a colleague's calendar is assigned to them.
If something doesn't work
Showing the first 1,000 activities of this period.
There are more activities than the calendar shows at once. Switch to Week or Day, or pick one person.
An activity is at the wrong time
The calendar shows the workspace's time zone, which may not be the time zone of your computer. A manager sets the workspace's time zone in Settings → Workspace.
An activity cannot be dragged
It is done, or it is a colleague's that you may not change.
