Export everything

In Workspace settings → Export everything, an owner or admin gets one ZIP with all of the workspace: its members, plan and invoices, and the data of every Monfri service — one file per table, in JSON with one row per line, which any tool can read. It is put together in the background; we e-mail you when it is ready, and it waits for you in the workspace settings for 7 days. Only the person who asked can download it, after signing in.

What is not in it, by design: passwords, keys and other secrets; the AI search indexes (they are rebuilt from your records); and personal mailboxes in CRM — each person exports their own from CRM's settings. The ZIP's README lists anything else that was left out and why.

Delete a workspace

In Workspace settings, the primary owner can Delete workspace — type its name to confirm. The other owners see who can: Only the primary owner — … — can delete this workspace.

• Everything stops at once in every service: sending, automations, agents, data collection and published sites.
• For 30 days you can still sign in, restore the workspace — everything starts again — or export your data.
• After the 30 days, the workspace and its data are deleted permanently in every Monfri service. Owners and admins get an e-mail when it is scheduled and when it is done.

If your subscription renews, cancel it first in Billing; a subscription that ends with its period does not stand in the way. Invoices and payment records are kept as accounting law requires.

Delete your account

In your Profile, delete your account with your password (or, if you sign in only with Google, with your e-mail address). If you are the primary owner of a workspace that is not being deleted, delete that workspace first, or ask [email protected] to hand it to another member. Your sessions end everywhere, your personal details are removed, and you get a confirmation e-mail.

No workspace left?

If you have no workspace — for example after deleting yours — signing in takes you to a page where you can create a new workspace or delete your account.
