The dashboard opens when you sign in, and Overview in the menu brings you back to it. Everything on it is about the workspace you are in.

Your next step

Until setup is complete, the card Your next step shows the step to do next and how many are done. all … steps opens the full list. When everything is done it shrinks to Setup complete. The steps themselves: The setup guide, step by step.

Below it, while your workspace still has example records, the card Your workspace still has sample data lets owners and admins remove them: Sample data.

Your services

Your services shows each service you can open, with one figure that matters for it — subscribers in Push, contacts in CRM, profiles in CDP, active flows in Automation, conversations in Assistant, pages in Pages, runs this month in Agents. Click a service to open it. Owners and admins see Manage, which leads to Manage services.

The tabs

  • Today — live activity on your site, what is scheduled for today and the week ahead, and the flows running now. With no tracking yet, it reminds you to install the snippet.
  • My CRM — your tasks due today, your inbox, what is coming up and the new contacts this week. Shown when you have access to CRM.
  • Attention — everything that needs a decision from you, in one place, sorted by importance. The number on the tab is how many.
  • Recipes — the recipes for your kind of business. Open one to see exactly what it will do: every step links to the template, flow or campaign behind it. A recipe that needs something — a store connection, for example — says so. See Recipes: ready-made automations.
  • Insights — this week's figures with the change since last week, and Reach: how many people you can contact on each channel — push, e-mail and the web.

If something doesn't work

The figures look out of date

The dashboard reads the services' summaries, which can be up to two minutes old. Refresh the page a little later. For live detail, open the service itself.

A service is missing from Your services

It is not active in this workspace, or you have no access to it. See Open, activate and deactivate services.
