Notifications and e-mails from Monfri

What the bell in the Hub shows, which e-mails Monfri sends you and when, and who in the workspace gets them.

Monfri tells you about your account, your team, your plan and your workspace in two ways: the bell in the Hub, and e-mail.

The bell

The bell at the top of the Hub shows a number when something new is waiting:

  • an invitation to join another workspace;
  • a request for more access from someone on your team — for owners and admins;
  • the answer to a request for access you made;
  • the welcome message when your account is new.

Click it to see the newest. The page Notifications — in the account menu at the top right — lists them all. Mark read clears one, Mark all as read clears every one.

E-mails about your account

  • the link that confirms your address when you sign up, and the one that confirms a new address after a change in your profile;
  • the password reset link, and a notice whenever your password is changed — if you did not change it, reset it at once;
  • a note when someone uses the sign-up form with your address, so you know it was tried;
  • an invitation to a workspace, and a reminder if it is still not accepted after three days.

E-mails about the plan — to the primary owner

  • when the free trial ends in 7 days and in 2 days, and when it has ended;
  • a usage alert when something reaches 80 % and 100 % of the plan's limit — once a month per limit;
  • when a payment fails, and when the workspace becomes read-only because a payment is still outstanding;
  • when the plan changes, starts, or is set to end.

E-mails about the workspace

  • when a deletion is scheduled, when the workspace is restored, and when it is deleted;
  • when Export everything has finished and the ZIP is ready — to whoever asked for it.

Agents can also e-mail you their reports — see Agents.

If you don't get them

Look in your spam folder, and add Monfri's address to your contacts. Plan e-mails go to the workspace's primary owner — if you are another owner or an admin, ask them. Still nothing? See Getting help.
