Agents: what they do — and what they never do without you
Ready-made agents for sales and marketing, describing one in your own words, and the rule that a person approves every change.
An agent does a recurring piece of work for you: prepares you for tomorrow's meetings, finds deals that are going quiet, checks who owes you money, summarises last week's campaigns, builds a segment from a description. It works with the data already in your Monfri services.
Start from the catalogue
Open Agents and pick one from the catalogue — sales (meeting prep, next steps, pipeline coach, receivables, data hygiene), marketing (campaign analyst, weekly marketing pulse, campaign drafter, segment builder), your store, and more. The catalogue shows only the agents your services can feed.
Or click Describe in words and say what you need; Monfri turns it into an agent you can adjust in the editor, where each step is a box you can open.
What an agent may do
- It reads your data as you would — with your permissions, and read-only.
- It proposes. Anything that would change something — a task in CRM, a deal's next step, a draft campaign, a new segment — arrives as a proposal. A person reads it and clicks Approve; only then is it done, in that person's name.
- It never contacts your customers. No agent sends e-mail, push or SMS to them. A campaign it drafts stays a draft.
- It reports — on the page, by e-mail, or as a notification in Slack, when you set that up under Settings → Delivery.
Schedules and limits
An agent can run when you ask or on a schedule (every morning, every Monday…). Your plan sets how many agents can be active and how many runs a month they get — see Pricing. When the workspace is read-only, agents pause.
Stopping one
Pause or delete an agent at any time; a run in progress stops within a second. Its earlier reports and approved changes stay.
