The daily log page in Monfri Pages
The one recipe that works with Pages instead of e-mail — a fresh, dated page every morning in your first Pages space, for the day's notes — and what it needs.
Daily log page in Monfri Pages is the only recipe that sends no e-mail. Every morning it creates a new page for the day's notes, so your team always has one place to write them.
What it does
- Every day at 06:00, Sofia time, it creates a page titled Log — 10.10.2026 (the day's date), with a heading Daily log and an empty bullet to start from.
- The page goes to the first space you created in Pages — the oldest one. Everyone with access to that space sees it.
- Settings: none.
What it needs
- Pages and Automation active in the workspace.
- At least one space in Pages. Without one, launching says Create a space in Monfri Pages first, then activate this recipe.
Change it
The page title, its content, the hour or the space are in the recipe's flow in Automation: Connected pieces → Flow ↗. Change the Create Daily Log step or the schedule, then save and publish: The flow editor. Remember that Save & re-activate on the recipe's page rebuilds the flow and replaces those changes: Launch a recipe.
If something doesn't work
No page this morning
The recipe is paused, or Pages was unreachable at 06:00 — the run in Automation shows the error: Runs. The next morning's page comes as usual; a missed one is not made up.
The pages land in the wrong space
The recipe picked the oldest space at launch. Change the space in the flow's Create Daily Log step.
