Where the chat shows on your site: preview, pages and look
Put the chat on your site with the Monfri script or the embed code, test it with a secret link only you see, choose the pages, set its look and greeting, and what visitors see.
The chat appears as a button in a corner of your site. You decide where it shows and for whom, and what it looks like.
Two ways onto your site
- The Monfri script — on a site that already has it (Install the script) the chat loads by itself once you save Къде се показва (Where it shows). Through the script one bot shows per site: the one whose settings you saved last.
- The embed code — Код за вграждане (Embed code) → Копирай кода (Copy the code), and paste it before
</body>on every page. It works on any site.
The same rules apply both ways.
Show it only to yourself first
In Къде се показва, Режим (Mode):
- Изключен — не се показва на сайта (Off — not shown on the site);
- Само за преглед — вижда го само браузър с тайния линк (Preview only — only a browser with the secret link sees it);
- На сайта — за всички посетители (On the site — for every visitor).
Press Запази (Save). In preview, Таен линк за преглед (Secret preview link) appears — Копирай (Copy) and open it on your site. That browser sees the chat on every page for 14 days, marked ПРЕГЛЕД (Preview); nobody else does. Send the link to colleagues who test. Смени ключа (Change the key) stops the old link and closes every open preview.
Choose the pages
- Само на тези страници (Only on these pages) — one path per line;
*means anything, for example/product/*. Empty means every page. - Никога на тези страници (Never on these pages) — for example
/checkout*. It wins over the first list.
Under the fields: CDP: синхронизирано (CDP: synced) with the time, or CDP: несинхронизирано — … (CDP: not synced) with the reason. The embed code works either way.
The look

Запази външния вид (Save the look) — the preview in the dashboard reloads; sites get it within about a minute.
What visitors see
- Under the title: Разговаряте с AI асистент. (You are chatting with an AI assistant.)
- The greeting and the suggested questions, then answers; order and product cards when the bot looks something up.
- Полезно ли беше? (Was this helpful?) with Да / Не under the AI's answers.
- After a colleague closes the conversation: Как оценявате разговора? (How was your chat?) from 1 to 5, with an optional comment.
The chat writes nothing to the visitor's browser when the page loads or when they open it. The conversation's identifier appears with their first message and is kept for 7 days after their last one: a visitor who comes back sees their open conversation again. A conversation only the bot handled closes after 12 quiet hours, and the next message starts a new one.
If something doesn't work
The chat does not show
- Статус (Status) of the bot is not активен (active): Bot settings.
- Режим is Изключен, or Само за преглед and this browser has not opened the secret link (or it expired after 14 days).
- The page is excluded by Никога на тези страници, or not in Само на тези страници.
- Neither the Monfri script nor the embed code is on that page — or another bot's settings were saved later, and the script now loads that one.
- The bot is a demo bot: it never shows on a site.
- The bar at the top of Assistant says Assistant е спрян (Assistant is stopped).
CDP: несинхронизирано — …
(CDP: not synced.) The Monfri script did not get the settings. Press Запази again later; in the meantime the embed code works.
My change of look does not show
Sites get it within about a minute; reload the page.
