The bot's knowledge: pages, files and questions with answers
What the bot answers from — pages of your site, files and your own questions and answers — how to add, check, refresh and remove them, and what the bot does not see.
For each question the bot looks through what you gave it and answers from the closest passages. You give it three kinds of knowledge: pages of your site, files, and questions with answers.
Prices, stock and orders are not knowledge — a store bot reads them live: Store data, orders and products.
Add a page or your whole site
On the bot's page, in Източници на знание (Knowledge sources), type an address in the https://… field and press Добави (Add).
- The address of one page — for example
https://shop.bg/dostavka— teaches that page. - Your site's address —
https://shop.bg— teaches up to 25 of its pages. The bot takes them from the site's sitemap, content pages before product lists; without a sitemap it follows the links from the home page. - A sitemap's address (ending in
.xml) — up to 25 pages from it.
The store template finds the policy pages itself — delivery, returns, payment, FAQ, contacts, terms, warranty, sizes — and adds each one.
Upload a file
Качи файл (Upload file) takes PDF, DOCX, TXT, CSV, MD · до 24 MB (up to 24 MB). Every file is checked for viruses before it is read. The bot learns the text: a scanned PDF without a text layer has nothing to read. A file cannot be refreshed — delete it and upload the new version.
Follow the learning
Each source shows a status:

N парчета (N chunks) opens Индексирани парчета (Indexed chunks): the exact pieces of text the bot searches, with the page each came from. Use it to check what the bot knows.
- Пресинхронизирай (Resync) — reads the page or the site again. Do it after you change your site; the bot does not notice changes by itself.
- Изтрий източника (Delete the source) — the source and everything learned from it are removed.
Questions and answers
The card Въпроси и отговори (ЧЗВ) (Questions and answers, FAQ) holds ready answers. The bot learns from them as from your pages. When it runs without AI — a trial that ended, a limit passed — it gives such an answer word for word when a question clearly matches; these answers and the menu are then all it has.
- Покажи и редактирай (Show and edit).
- Change a Въпрос (Question) or Отговор (Answer), delete one with the bin, or add one with Въпрос (+ Question).
- Запази (Save) — Записано — ботът ги научава до минута. (Saved — the bot learns them within a minute.)
A question can be up to 500 characters and an answer up to 4,000, up to 200 pairs. Keep at least one; to remove them all, delete the source Често задавани въпроси in Източници на знание.
The store template comes with 18 answers about orders, delivery, returns and payment. Text such as {{shop.return_days}} in them is filled from Данни за магазина (Store data) — do not replace it with a number. A bot without questions and answers has Добави въпроси и отговори (Add questions and answers).
Strict or flexible
Режим на знание (Knowledge mode) in the bot's Настройки (Settings):
- Гъвкав (Flexible) — when the knowledge has nothing on the question, the bot may answer generally.
- Строг (Strict) — the bot answers only from the knowledge. Otherwise it says Мога да отговарям само въз основа на базата знания на този бизнес и нямам информация по този въпрос. Искате ли да ви свържа с човек от екипа? (I can only answer from this business's knowledge and have no information on that. Shall I connect you with someone from the team?)
What the bot does not see
- pages behind a login, and text that appears only after the page runs scripts;
- text inside images;
- changes to your site since the last Пресинхронизирай;
- more than 25 pages from one site address — add the other pages one by one.
If something doesn't work
The source says грешка (error)
The site did not answer or refused the reader, or the page has no readable text. Open the address in a browser, fix it if needed and press Пресинхронизирай.

The bot gives an old answer
Press Пресинхронизирай on the page that changed, and check that Въпроси и отговори does not still say the old thing.
