Menus and procedures: the flow editor
Build a scripted conversation — messages, questions, buttons, branches, a lookup, another procedure, a hand-over — test it, publish it, and how the store template's seven flows work.
A flow is a conversation you script: the bot says what you wrote, asks, offers buttons, branches on the answer, looks something up, and hands over to a person where you decide. The bot's menu is a flow, and the procedures it starts — a return, a cancellation — are flows too.
The card Потоци (визуален конструктор) (Flows, visual builder) on the bot's page lists them with чернова (draft) or публикуван (published), and непубликувани промени (unpublished changes) when a published flow has a newer draft.
Create a flow
- In the card, pick a starting point:
- Празен (Empty);
- ЧЗВ (от знанието) (FAQ from knowledge) — a greeting, then answers from the bot's knowledge;
- Събиране на лийд (Collecting a lead) — asks the name and the e-mail, then hands over to your team;
- Триаж на поддръжка (Support triage) — buttons lead to the knowledge or to a person.
- Създай (Create). The editor opens.
The editor
- On the left, Добави стъпка (Add a step) adds a step. Drag from a step's dot to the next step to connect them; a step with buttons or cases has one dot for each.
- Click a step to change it on the right; the bin deletes it. Every flow starts at Начало (Start).
- Назад (Back) / Напред (Forward) undo and redo — also Ctrl+Z and Ctrl+Shift+Z.

Use a variable in a text as {{name}}. After a lookup, its fields are {{variable_field}} — for example {{order_status}}. {{shop.…}} takes a value from Данни за магазина (Store data). Under a text, Преведи: →BG →EN (Translate) rewrites it in the other language.
Test, save and publish
- Тест (Test) opens a chat on the right that runs what is on the canvas now, saved or not. Старт (Start) begins again.
- Запази (Save) keeps your work. On a published flow it is Запази чернова (Save draft): visitors keep the published version until you publish — the header says чернова — не е на живо (draft — not live).
- Публикувай (Publish) saves and publishes. A check runs first. Проверка: N грешки — не може да се публикува (Check: N errors — cannot be published) lists what blocks it; warnings (!) do not block. Click a line to select its step.
- Отхвърли промените (Discard the changes) throws the draft away and returns to the published version.
- Leaving with unsaved work asks first: Незапазени промени (Unsaved changes).
Which flow the bot runs
The menu runs when the bot's Режим на разговор (Conversation mode) is Поток (детерминиран) (Flow) — then Активен поток (Active flow) picks it: Bot settings.
- The menu shows when the conversation starts. On a store bot, a real question as the first message goes to the AI instead.
- Free text at a menu is answered by the AI; when a flow ends, the conversation continues with the AI.
- меню, начало, старт (menu, start) — and "главно меню", "покажи менюто" — bring the menu back anywhere, even in the middle of a question.
- човек (a person) or "искам да говоря с оператор" hands over at any step.
The store template's flows
A store bot comes with 7: Меню за поддръжка (Support menu), Къде е поръчката ми (Where is my order), Връщане / рекламация (Return / complaint), Продукт и наличност (Product and stock), Отказ на поръчка (Cancel an order), Промяна на адрес (Change the address) and Повторно потвърждение (Re-send the confirmation).
The menu starts the others through Процедура steps. Change a procedure and both the menu and the AI follow it: when a visitor asks the AI for something a procedure covers, and you have changed that procedure, the bot runs your procedure with what the visitor already said.
When a newer template comes out, Обнови от шаблона (Update from the template) in Данни за магазина changes only the flows exactly as the template wrote them; edited ones and those with a draft остава (stay).
Delete a flow
The bin next to a flow → Изтрий (Delete). Разговорите, минали през него, остават. (The conversations that went through it stay.)
If something doesn't work
Проверка: 1 грешка — не може да се публикува
(Check: 1 error — cannot be published.) Read the line under it and click it to select the step. The usual ones:
- Бутонът „…“ в … не води никъде (The button leads nowhere) — connect the button to a step.
- Въпросът … не записва отговора в променлива (The question does not keep the answer) — fill Запази отговора в променлива.
- „…“ не е включена за този workspace (страница „Инструменти“) (not switched on for this workspace) — tick the operation in Инструменти.
- … пуска „…“, но той не е публикуван (starts a flow that is not published) — publish that flow first.
Visitors do not see my change
The change is a draft. Press Публикувай.
A Tool step always goes to при грешка
The operation is off in Инструменти, or a parameter came out empty — a variable that was never filled.
Не успях да отворя процедурата на магазина. Опитайте отново или напишете „човек“.
(I could not open the store's procedure.) The procedure was deleted or unpublished. Publish it again, or change the step that starts it.
