Push → Push → Transactional lists every notification sent to chosen subscribers — by your recipes and automations, and from the Send page. Campaigns are not here; they have their own page: Web push campaigns.

The list

Pick the period — Last 24h, Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days — and search by the title, the text or a subscriber's ID. Each row shows:

  • Time — when it was sent;
  • Subscriber — the subscriber's number and site; click it for the subscriber's page;
  • Notification — the title and the text;
  • Link — the page it opens;
  • Status — Sent, Delivered, Clicked, Failed (with the reason) or Unknown;
  • Source — API for recipes and automations, Send page for one you sent by hand.

Recipes and push

Recipes send a push when they cannot send an e-mail — the abandoned-cart reminder to a visitor who left no address, for example. Each one is here with its words and link, and a recipe's push links carry utm_medium=push, so the visits show as push in your analytics. See Recipes: ready-made automations.

If something doesn't work

Delivery results are unavailable right now

The statuses come from the analytics store; while it is busy, they show as Unknown. The list itself is complete — reload later for the statuses.

A recipe sent nothing to a subscriber

The subscriber is not linked to a profile in CDP, or their subscription expired. Open the subscriber's page: Web push subscribers and topics.
