Migrate from Pipedrive to Monfri
Typical migration: 1 day. Bring your CRM data and add email marketing + CDP + automation.
Step 1 — Export Pipedrive data (15 min)
In Pipedrive: Tools & apps → Import → Export data. Export:
- Persons (contacts)
- Organizations (companies)
- Deals
- Activities (tasks, calls, meetings)
- Notes (if separate)
Step 2 — Create pipeline structure in Monfri (20 min)
In Monfri: Settings → CRM → Pipelines. For each Pipedrive pipeline, create a matching one with same stages and order. Note stage IDs for import mapping.
Step 3 — Import CSVs (15 min)
Upload in order:
- Organizations
- Persons (auto-links to organizations)
- Deals (auto-links to persons + organizations, assigned to correct stages)
- Activities + notes (attaches to deals/persons)
Step 4 — Rebuild workflow automations (1-3 hours)
Pipedrive Workflow Automation (Advanced+) doesn't export. Rebuild in Monfri Automation. Simpler than ActiveCampaign/HubSpot migrations since Pipedrive workflows are usually fewer and smaller.
Step 5 — Set up email marketing (1 hour)
Pipedrive Campaigns users: export email templates as HTML, import to Monfri. Set up sending domain. Previous Pipedrive Campaigns subscribers are now part of your Monfri contact database automatically.
Step 6 — Parallel-run (7-14 days)
Keep Pipedrive as backup reference. Start using Monfri for all new deals and customer interactions.
Step 7 — Cancel Pipedrive
Standard cancel. If you're on per-user billing, the savings are immediate.
