Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Monfri platform ("Service") at monfri.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Monfri ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Monfri is a unified business growth platform that provides the following services:

• Push Notifications — web push, mobile push, email, and SMS campaign management
• CRM — contact management, deals, pipelines, and sales tools
• Customer Data Platform (CDP) — user behavior tracking, profile building, segmentation, and analytics
• Automation — visual workflow builder with integrations and connectors

Each service can be activated independently within your organization's account.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Each account is associated with an organization. You may create multiple organizations and invite team members with different roles (owner, admin, member, viewer).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Send unsolicited messages (spam) through our push notification or email services
• Collect personal data of third parties without their consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

5. Plans and Billing

Monfri offers a free plan and paid plans with additional features and higher limits. Billing is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, which processes all payments, taxes, and invoicing on our behalf.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will continue at their current rate until the next renewal.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data. You grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Upon account deletion, we will delete Your Data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Monfri and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monfri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if your account is inactive for more than 12 months. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
