# Monfri — the facts

Monfri is a business platform of seven services under one login, one workspace and one bill. Payments are processed
by Stripe as merchant of record. The site and the product are in English and Bulgarian. Support: support@monfri.net.

## The seven services

- CRM — contacts, companies, deals and pipelines, activities with a calendar, invoicing (invoices, pro formas, credit
  and debit notes), a shared or personal inbox, reports. https://monfri.net/crm
- Push — e-mail, web push and SMS campaigns and transactional messages, an e-mail editor with templates, lists and
  segments, deliverability tools. https://monfri.net/push
- CDP — website tracking (a script with consent handling: new sites ask visitors first), unified customer profiles,
  segments, analytics, product recommendations, integrations with online stores. https://monfri.net/cdp
- Automation — a visual workflow builder: triggers, conditions, delays, AI steps and connectors to the Monfri services
  and external apps; ready-made recipes for online stores and lead follow-up. https://monfri.net/automation
- Pages — collaborative documents, wikis and databases with AI writing; shared outside the workspace only through links
  that expire. https://monfri.net/pages
- Assistant — a chat assistant for a website: answers from the business's own content, order status and product search
  for online stores, hand-over to a person by chat or e-mail. It says it is an AI. https://monfri.net/assistant
- Agents — AI agents for sales and marketing work (meeting preparation, next steps on deals, receivables, campaign
  drafts, segment proposals, weekly reports). An agent proposes; a person approves before anything is written.

## Plans

Every plan includes all seven services, each with the limits below. A 14-day trial of Growth needs no card; one trial
per account. When a trial ends unpaid, the workspace becomes read-only: nothing is sent, editing and export stay.

## Data and security — what is true

- Customer data is stored in the EU; the transfers outside it are named in the Privacy Policy, sections 5 and 10
  (for example, the AI features use OpenAI).
- Backups are encrypted and kept off-site; the key is offline.
- A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request at privacy@monfri.net.
- Requests from data subjects (access, deletion) are handled within 30 days.
- Monfri does not claim SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification.
